You Knead Me Baking Co was birthed out of a need to create a space of quietness in my life. The whirlwind of the day left me feeling exhausted and many days not my best self. I found making sourdough brought me a level of peace and caused me to slow down and enjoy the “moments”. There is so much that the “process” of making sourdough has taught me and gave me a way to share my love of baking with my son. He’s all in and asks daily “mama, are you gonna make a video? Can I make me some bread with your ingredients?
